by: No one caresLiterally no one cares about "rankings" after first semester freshmen year. Anyone who does is just wasting their life. There are girls in houses that consistently get ranked "top" on here that are treated the exact same as girls in a "bottom" house. No one cares as long as you're cool and not completely cray cray. Can we just stop pretending any of this matters?

"Old Row" is a term used to refer to the section of University Boulevard just west of Stadium Drive. Fraternities houses once flanked both sides of this street, as well as Stadium Drive, which originally wound behind the AOPi and Theta houses. Many fraternities moved in the 1960s to new houses east of campus, lining Jefferson Avenue, which became known informally as "New Fraternity Row." The remaining houses on University Boulevard and Stadium Drive became known as "Old Fraternity Row."

So the new row house have moved back to university. And they have new houses and the old Row houses still have smelly dumps.

There is no such thing as old row in panhel or IFC
It is a tag just in BAMA, given to average houses that are sponsored by alcohol companies. Most nationals don't want to be in bed with an alcohol company. Most of this is marketing hype and cheap ppl that are stuck in the past.
