I have always heard about old and new row fraternities but now I am hearing that term for sororities. Which sororities are considered old and new rows?

No one cares! It is a fraternity term. For sororities many houses wont let them be sponsored by alcohol companies, therefore no old row.

AGD, DDD, AXO, XO, KD, KKG, Phi Mu. And people do care.

Phi mu is new row. Good try though!

it doesn't matter really. Old row fraternities are actually the oldest fraternities, old row sororities are just the ones that can be sponsored by a beer company. Phi Mu was old row until a few months ago when they weren't anymore, so to call it arbitrary would be an understatement.
