definitely a good house. fun parties and the guys i know are nice.
They aren't an impressive bunch of guys most are weird and trashy. They tend to have the heavier girls in and out of their house and the parties are not fun! I'd rather spend my time at better places not being wasted.
don't know too much besides being able to rank them. wouldn't be the first house i would go to if other houses were having parties
Theta Chi is clearly a top house nationally. They are top in the SEC/South ( UFlorida, FSU, Auburn, Georgia, etc,) Big Ten, (UMich, Purdue, Indiana), West (SDSU, U Dub, Arizona, etc.) It's surprising to see them this low at Bama.
This is honestly my favorite fraternity. Love my theta chi boys!!!!!!
I always heard about how cool they were early in the year which is why I was surprised when I went their parties and they sucked. Some Girls generally like theta chi but I really don't know why. They pride themselves for being on university and having a nice house (which I don't disagree with) but I would advise they step up their game in terms of parties.
Not better than any old row and probably not the best new row but they are cool. There is a lot of competition so standing out at all means something. I know a couple of them who are really cool guys who have really weird friends. Not the best and far from worst
top tier fraternity definitely best on new row, probably better than a few old row frats too
Theoretically these guys are considered a good house but I don't really know why. They literally do nothing....I never hear of them throwing any real parties and the couple of times I have gone they were not very fun. The few theta chis I do know are very into drugs and none of them are very cute in my opinion.
They're alright. Only hang out with Phi Mu, Pi Phi, and Alpha Phi and if you're not one of those you tend to feel a little out of place at their parties. They smoke a ton of weed (which can totally be a good thing if you like that). Not fantastic, but I'd certainly go back if I brought friends.
