theta is not and will never be top of core 4 tier. That is absurd, especially 2 ahead of dg?
It's either alpha phi or dg for top, then either theta or kappa. theta isn't the hottest or the richest, so it just can't be first.

Alpha phi is full of nobodies, everyone knows theta and dg are always tied for top 2 and kappa and aphi are full of irrelevant people who got cut from the top 2

Pretty accurate. Tiers make sense but the order doesn't matter as much within the tiers
