I feel like we just answered this. I haven't heard any development on Phase II, but someone else on here said they heard they were finalizing the property. Either way, they aren't building yet. Best case scenario they'll have a house in a couple years.

the GV expansion is still not approved. Will be a few years.

More likely that they'll rent from someone for a while. Still surprise they aren't in the KS house for now.
