Phi delt might have a really nice house but most of the guys (at least in this years pc) are super awkward

I've known Lambdas who couldn't even get bids from Delta Sig, to put them anything higher than middle is a joke. K-Sig is not middle by any means. Decent list though. AGR is debateable between upper and middle too; they're so niche it varies person-to-person with them.

Not too bad, but I would change it as so:

I find that there is a lot of weird kids in the elite and top categories, but the money will prevail in most cases I guess. The pledge classes in Beta and ATO, and Pi Kapp are all really social, and I haven't had a bad time at any of the places.

I would knock Beta down, move SNu and Pike up. Beta just isn't the same anymore

tep just has a nicer house with a better location than dtd or phi tau. they all bid the same type of guys tho so no.

Tep has much more successful, quality guys than the others you compared them to. Obviously not as elite as AEPi but certainly not bottom tier, get a grip.

I would argue all these ranks are pointless, and are perpetuated by women with too much time on their hands. These ranks remind me of kindergarteners arguing about who brought the better lunch from home (Obv. the person with lunchables). My message is this: Enjoy your fraternity, improve it in a way that help you and your friends, go dawgs. Any one of these fraternities has something to offer that another one does not. \n\n\n\n\n

The only reason most people don't consider kappa sig as completely irrelevant is because of their name. They definitely aren't even comparable to the other bottom tier frats. Not even did or phi tau...
