What are the average fraternity dues here like?? And what are they like for the top tier houses

$400 per semester is average. Top tier you're looking at $300 (they fund raise more).

I don't pay for it so I don't know but I'm pretty sure it's at least 1000 a semester. Pretty brutal

Ive heard between 1000-2000, greek park is usually more

pledging semester - usually around 2000 average. mine was 1800
after that its probably around 1500 per semester, plus fees and date night fees, etc.
when you're a senior they usually drop a little bit.

would say chi phi and sae are about $350. I here the city of atlanta subsidizes all the atlanta kids dues. but if you wanna join a frat like phi tua, you gotta pay all four years of dues upfront. Talk about brutal
