betas or do you mean piphis

I don't go here but pi beta phi is nationally know as pi phi. The fraternity beta theta pi is called beta for short. What is the deal here?

There is no Beta fraternity here. Pi Beta Phi lost their charter some years back and most of the girls refounded under the letters Kappa Beta Gamma and are usually referred to as Beta.

Aka it's a fake sorority and somehow no one questions the validity. Continuously questioning how the worlds most annoying group of girls is considered good here. Of chi o, kappa, and beta, chi o are the only tolerable ones.
