I'm not sure if this is supposed to be a joke or what, but move Phi Kap and Lambda out of top. Replace them with Phi Delt and Kappa Sig.

Then completely switch out "upper middle" with "lower middle" and you have a decent list.

Move Phi Delt to upper middle. They are not this low even though I would agree that they do not do as much as they did in the past.
