Just based on this year alone;

Frats:
Top: Sig Chi, Sammy
Top Mid: SAE, Phi Psi. ZBT
Mid: PSI U, TKE, Delt
Lower Mid: DKE, ATO, Aepi
Bottom: Fiji, Sig Ep, Theta Chi

Phi Delt does not party so dont even put them on there

Sororities:
Top: Kappa, Tri Delt
Top Mid: Alpha Phi, DG
Mid: SDT, Phi Sig
Lower Mid: Theta, Aephi, AZD, Dphi
Bottom: Gphi, AGD

phi sig is not above theta and aephi... move theta and aephi into mid and phi sig down

Doing rankings "based on year alone" is just a stupid concept. Because TKE and DKE have been in trouble more this year doesn't mean they're below phi psi.
