rushing as a transfer?

I want a honest opinion, I will be transferring to UNL this fall as a sophomore, do houses take sophomores, are sophomores looked down upon? I know some schools have a quota that they have to meet, does UNL have that? I just want an honest opinion as I feel like rushing as an out of state sophomore will be the best way for me to make friends.

Definitely still rush! If you are a better fit for the house than a freshman than age won't matter too much.
