In no particular order:
MASH (DELT) - camo theme party in a random field
Woodchoppers (PHI DELT) - lumberjack theme party in a random field
Biltmore (BETA) - huge party at their house with stations set up for every type of drink
Riverboat (BETA) - formal on a riverboat in Omaha
Those are probably the best, Sig Ep and Phi Delt have pretty solid KC formals and DU has a Barn Bash, which is fun some years.

Pike parties are not fun, bottom tier parties that mostly only GDIs go too, ATW is no exception

I wrote the initial list (1st answer) and agree that 80s Aspen is a lot of fun, it's a Kappa Sig party where you dress as retro snowboarders if you can picture that. Definitely should've added that one to the main list!

Agree with the original list! Beta's Biltmore and Riverboat were a blast, I heard MASH and Woodchoppers are pretty good too!
