As an accounting/economics major transferring to Iowa state as a sophomore this fall, what fraternity would be best for me?

Decent academics and strong brotherhood. Preferably a house with a good reputation, partying isn't important to me.

Talk to the guys in Sigma Chi, they will be living in a brand new house next year that will be very nice but not a party house.

The best brotherhoods I've seen would be Sig Pi and Beta Sigs. Those Sig Pi's would rather die than let a brother down, and Beta Sigs are very loyal.
