Top
Lambda/ SigEp/ Beta/Fiji
with SAE gone and the way girls love them DTD now moves to top five house.

Middle
PhiDelt/DU/ATO/Sigma Chi

BYX is not IFC but they are great and sororities love to pair with them for comps. They win HC every year regardless of the sorority they are paired with.

Then all the others are smaller houses nothing wrong with them just not large frats

I wouldn't say that's the general perception. It sounds like the same person who is writing all the other comments at OU. The top houses are Beta, Sig Ep, and Lambda and BYX. Then there is a big drop and then ATO. After that there is a bid drop and then the douchy fraternities like Phi Delt, Delt, Fiji, SX, etc. There are others at this level too. Then another big drop and the rest.

Sigma Chi/Kappa Sigma
