If you don't get why those houses are the most admired then it's because you have a different value system. The girls in Tri Delta and Gamma Phi are some of the most decent, respectable, involved, smart, active, girls at OU. If you don't "get it" then it's because you only admire girls who party too much, blow off their classes, talk bad about their sisters, and refuse to have African Americans in their sororities (A PhI). That's not the kind of houses other people admire. Sorry you don't get it.
