fraternity dues
by: RebelmanHow much do average fraternity monthly dues run? I read on the Ole Miss site they average around $350 a month, but I've heard they range anywhere from $250-$800 a month.

Expensive I know. But greek life has so many benefits. And you have the chance to try it out for a few weeks and drop before any dues are paid. Most fraternities are only 4,000-6,000 a year.

Go sigma nu then. There are lots of great fraternities that only cost 5 or 6k. You'll find out more about dues during rush

No fraternity at Ole Miss is $4000 a semester . This information is incorrect . The more expensive fraternities are $4000-$5000 a year

We're coming from out of state, and after scholarships, my son's frat dues will be more than his cost to attend. Ugh.

I am an IFC member and some of the information here is incorrect. Dues for the more expensive fraternities range from $4,000-$5,000 a YEAR. Dues include: food, social, national dues etc. They do not include housing. Out of town formals will cost extra but you are not required to attend.
