Acacia will not be back for at least three more years. Their rep was so bad with their national that they want them off for at least 5 or 6 years to make sure no one affiliated with the previous chapter will still be on campus nor the cocacia reputation will be common knowledge.
I think Phi Sig will have enough money to build by the time Acacia wants the house back. Sammies keep moving between their original house and the the ZBT house, since they don't own their house either. So either one is fine in that respect. Choose the chapter where you fit in best.

Sammy gets better pairs... they pair with AZD and g phi and AOPi and SDT, but they also pair with Kappa and Pi Phi and XO, probably most diverse pairs on campus, next to phi delt

Out of the two do they get the same kind of pairs? or does sammy get better pairs then phi sig does?
