Acacia was kicked like 10 years ago for some absolutely heinous hazing (there’s a reason the tunnels are boarded up), used to be one of the best houses... when they they came back, they absorbed the ATO pledge class that got kicked off because of the, uh, incident.

Skulls used to have phi Sig’s current house, not sure why they lost it; phi sig was in acacia’s current house while acacia was suspended

No idea about chi phi, I just know they have money rn and a massive alumni base at IU; most likely they were a good house before being kicked
