That's because KA is a bottom house and although ZBT may be goobers, they aren't bottom tier they're just bottom of the middle. So they're pretty damn close to the bottom. Whereas it's widely accepted that SAE, SigEp, and PKT are all top.

Out of curiosity, why is pike last? I think they are heard of more than some of the other frats. I think if they had a house, they would be a lot higher. Is it that reason?
