Way too much drama with Sigma Kappa so there is no way they are above Kappa and DG. Both those houses are much classier. SK is embarrassing.

aepi is not up there for fraternities. SAE, Pike, and Sigma chi are the top three. cant go wrong with either.

AEPi has had some issues lately and SAE is just not what it used to be anymore. Pike is a solid top and I would say Kappa Sig and DTD/BETA close behind.

All I know is usually the most hate goes towards the houses that are generally the most popular with girls. SAE and Pike get a whole lot of hate on this site. They must be doing something right....

Agreed with both lists. I feel like with fraternities it's more about personal preference though. With sororities it's so much more obvious which houses are better than others. But since fraternities don't really give out bids based on looks, the houses are much more diverse than sororities are.

But I'm laughing at all the comments because its so clearly obvious that there are more frat guys on this site than sorority girls. And you guys say WE'RE catty? please.

These rankings aren't that good, AEPHI is not lower then tri delt, sammy isn't lower than zbt and sig ep, and dtd isn't lower than theta chi.
