No. What makes it seem that way is that so many girls at U of A are from CA, and a lot of them know each other from high school. It's only easier if you have connections.

Sororities don't really care what state you're from.

Sororities don't really care what state you're from........SURE THEY DO!!!!Sororities what to know your social rank and wealth status that usually determines what girls get into the top houses. This has been happening for years.
