Any hope of getting into a top tier sorority with a 2.75 gpa?

No. Especially if thats a high school gpa.

Stop concerning yourself with tiers. You would be lucky to be in a "bottom tier" house. They are all filled with amazing girls and you will get just as good of an experience as the "top" houses. I say this as someone in a top 5 house. We drop girls right off the bat for gpas like that. But you might have better luck with a lower house. I have friends in every house including the "bad" ones and they are all gorgeous and love their sisters and their sororities to death.

What if freshman year and sophomore you started off with a bad gpa but senior yr you got a 3.0? Does that help at all?

all that matters is your overall GPA not specific year

They look at 9-11 years for GPA. I think that's weird.

You can send in your senior year transcript to the Panhellenic council if you really think it'll make any sort of difference
