how hard is to rush transferring in?

I'm planning on transferring into UT the fall of my sophomore year, but am curious as into how hard it will be to rush? Would it be a smart move to visit a couple times during the summer and make connections or start sending emails out?

Go easy on the emails especially this early in the year. UT Greek life isn't as formal as Ole Miss and Alabama

Definitely try to come out over the summer. It will help.

If I make it down there without any connections at all, where would be a good place to start? Does in rushing take place during the summer?

I would work at one of the texas summer camps. lots of UT girls working as counselors...Camp Longhorn has lots UT counselors
