-Phi Psi (New house)
-Omicron (KA coming back)

Falling
-ATO (Too far/etc.)
-ZBT (house issues)

Rising: K Sig, ATO, Omicron (KA)

Falling: Sigma Chi

Everyone else is just staying where there are and these 4 are moving above (or below) them, but they aren't doing anything to make themselves better or worse
