Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at University of Texas at Austin - UT 4.7 Really like these guys - they don't go for many from Houston Memorial or Dallas HP which I see as a huge positive - some of the coolest and most confident guys i've met and I love that their parents aren't at the house partying on all the game days like the other frats - IMO Sig Ep seems like growing men vs momma's boys on daddy's money at the other top frats

Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at University of Texas at Austin - UT 3.5 The pledges my friends and I have come into contacts with have mostly been really rude. For example they turn away girls with wristbands at their parties & care abt what sorority you’re in, which is weird bc they’re not even the most popular on campus. They do throw fun parties thought but the members/pledges could definitely be nicer

Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at University of Texas at Austin - UT 3.4 I am a SigEp, and when my son was entering UT I took him to the house to introduce him to the fraternity with an interest in pledging. It was early summer, and they said it was too early to rush but got his contact information and said they would definitely let him know. Nobody ever contacted him, so when he got to campus he went to the house and they told him sorry rushis over, too bad, very curtly. Nice way to treat a legacy. BTW, my son was National Merit Scholarship winner with 1500 SATs and a varsity athlete.
