What is the difference between Delta Chi, PiKapps, Theta Xi and TDX?
I know they are all mid-bot tier but what makes them each different?

delta chi is basically a bunch of gdi stoners, pikapps idk much about, theta xi is the place to go if you seriously suck at life, and i guess tdx is the most chill out the of four but they are still bottom midtier at best (pgp with agd i believe)

What sets each apart is gonna be the brothers. At bottom mid you're likely all gonna see the same girls, so that won't separate anyone. But, if you're planning on rushing these frats it's just gonna depend on how you like guys. From the guys I know in each, Delta Chi is pretty gooberish, Theta Xi is actually for people who have given up on frat life, and TDX and PiKapps are pretty similar: good brotherhood but still bottom mid

Delta Chi, Theta Xi and TDX are all bottom tier houses...... But TDX is the best of the 3.
