can someone explain why theta chi is top tier? I know they somehow mix with hot girls, but I don't understand why. All the guys I know in there are so weird and you wouldn't expect them to pull. do girls just flock to the name?

all my best guy friends are in ox and i wouldn't have it any other way. they're about as chill as it gets without being super fratty. their darties at 1012 that pkp and sae also attend are what make darty season.
