How is chi phi and alpha sig above aepi and sipeg. Chi phi has no pgp and aepi is with DDD. Doesn't match up

Why do people do this? I'm in chi phi, and we're clearly in in between dental frat and beta. We just want to mix w/ triangle and kiss dudes, stop ranking us in these ridiculous positions. It upsets all the fraternities that take this very seriously. Thank you
