Let's be honest here, kappa isn't as good anymore. And they should just get over it. Theta has never been cute. AXO has fallen hard due to PC 14. Phi's PC is the most consistently pretty, but I'd say DDD has the best PC. Below them is Skrappa who kicked it up a notch this year.

AGD had a really really good pledge class this year, like they've gotten so much better at rush. General consensus is that AGD is above PiPhi and Deeph. I also think Chi O should be higher

PiPhi and deeph are sooooooooooooo much better. In fact they are better than zeta and adpi DG and axo but are SIGNIFICANTLY underrated. And their top middle Frats love them.
