rushing a sorority as junior at ucla

I am considering a trasnfer this spring quarter to UCLA from SC, I didn't have the opportunity to go greek at SC because I was a spring admit and couldn't my freshman year and then I had a family emergency that called me back up to my hometown in the middle of rush my sophomore year. I would be rushing in the fall as a junior. Do I still have a chance of getting into a top house?
