my freshman year they were great. since then all their pledge classes have gotten worse and worse. pledge class '12 was awful. dont get me wrong, they still have pretty fun parties, but they are slowly and steadily falling behind. they need to turn things around if they want to be considered top tier with fiji, delt, and even sae now

great fraternity, 80s was fun but they're falling down the rankings because they only hangout with their homecoming partner, pi phi, with the occasional kappas. they would be better off if they told people what they were doing................ piphidelt is more than accurate
