Which fraternities DON'T have cold air? Which ones do you have your own room in?

Seriously, why does it matter? A fraternity having or not having cold air should not be the reason you rush one house over another. Joining greek life is about finding a place where you think you belong, not the conditions where you sleep.

Lambda, Sigma Pi, and Theta Chi are the only ones I can think of off the top of my head that don't have cold air
