getting into a fraternity party

Are there any fraternities that will let any guys in? Or do you have to know somebody in the fraternity at all of the houses? I have heard of guys paying to get in. Does that actually happen?

Try skulls. Any fraternity that is relevant will not let you in because no one knows you and you become a liability when you walk through our doors. And if you want to go to frat parties, join a goddamn fraternity like the rest of us.
