What's going on with house swap next year? Theta Chi's losing their house? Where is Phi Mu going? Sigma Kappa and Alpha Delta Phi houses are empty?

Only thing I know is that "Theta Chi's" house actually belongs to Phi Kappa Tau, who are returning and I'm sure would want to live in their own house.

I believe that ADPhi recently was considering whether to sell their house. I believe it's run down, but at one point was gorgeous inside.

Theta Chi is losing their house but Phi Tau isn't moving in until the year after next. But Theta Chi will be in SK's house for the next few years starting in the fall.
