honest fraternity rankings for fall

Fraternities:
Top (Strong social, great bar pull and jobs, need to know somebody/tough to get a bid, tough/longer pledgeship): Sigma Chi, Pike, SAE, DTD
Upper (Strong social with top/upper-middle sororities, solid bar pull and jobs, bid process varies but tends to be more exclusive, longer and tough pledgeships besides Sig Ep): Acacia, ATO, Sig Ep, Phi Delt, ZBT
Middle (Strong social with upper and middle sororities, bar pull and jobs good but not at all bars, put some effort in and you'll get a bid, varied pledgeship length): Phi Psi, FIJI, LXA, Alpha Sig, AGR, Sammy
Lower-Middle (Ranging from very solid-decent social with all tiers of sororities, bar pull and jobs may be limited to certain bars, easier to get a bid, moderate pledgeships) : Beta, DU, Delta Chi, Sigma Nu, PsiU, Theta Xi
Lower (Moderate social that tends to not include upper sororities, bar pull may be limited to certain bars, easy to get a bid, moderate-easy pledgeships): PiKapp, AEPi, AKL, Theta Chi, PSK, KDR
Bottom (Limited social, limited to lower sororities, usually little-no bar pull, easy to get a bid, pledgeships tend to be easier): Chi Psi, DSigs, Alpha Delta Phi, Triangel, TKE, OD, Skulls, DKE, PiLam

Hopefully this helps you guys planning on rushing around while hearing all these different Greek houses you've never heard before being talked about. Of course rush/join the house that feels best for you, there are great guys in every fraternity.

Spot on. However among the lower and bottom ones , risingn frats are -
1. pi kappa phi ( dope beach party and rising popularity)
2. AKL ( 100 guys every sem)
3. pi lambda phi ( no house but classiest guys)

Question: Is it even worth rushing the top tier houses if I don't know anybody in it?? It's totally necessary to know somebody to get a bid?

Not to bash, but skulls ( phi kappa sigma ) are done here. They have been forever on campus without success ever. Even lost their owned house to a sorority.

This ranking's spot on. Sigs, Pikes, Delts, and SAE have the best social calendars by far.

this is honestly a decent ranking. a few things i would change is put ato on top and put beta somewhere on the list.

This list has ATO exactly correct at the moment, at #6 right after Acacia.

Strong history and alums mean ATO could move back up though.
