you should contact the sorority directly because I don't think you have to re-rush unless you wanted to (you should just be able to call yourself whatever you are without question and be in that house). I don't know any of this for sure, but it's a place to start.

It depends on whether you initiated or not. If you initiated to an NPC sorority, you cannot join another sorority even if you transfer schools. If you did not initiate, you can re-rush.
If you initiated, you should contact your National HQ and ask about the affiliation process. In KD, the chapter gets to vote on whether to accept you as an affiliate. Some chapters accept transfer easily and some don't. It depends on where they are at re. total and how competitive rush is.
