Kings (Crazy bar pull, only social with top sororitys)

Top (Crazy bar pull, mixes with top sororitys as well. Slightly less prestige)
Acacia/SAE
Upper Middle (Great bar pull, mixes with top sororitys and middle tier sororitys)
ATO/ZBT/Sig Ep
Phi Delt/Phi Psi
Middle (Decent Bar Pull, mixes mainly with middle tier sororities and occasionally top sororities)
Fiji/Beta/Sammys
Alpha Sigs/DU/Lambda
Lower (Below average bar pull, mixes with lower tier sororities and some middle tier)
Aggers/D Chi/AEPi/Theta Xi
Pi Kapps/AKL/Psi U/Sigma Nu/PSK
Bottom (Nearly non-existant bar pull, mixes with Geeds and bottom sororities)
Theta Chi/Kappa Sigma
Farmhouse/KDR
Irrelevant (Irrelevant houses that function more as clubs. No bar pull, parties with Geeds)
AXP, DKE, Delta Sigs, etc.

To be fair, Beta has had success thus far because of their house and history of being top before they got kicked off. However, whatever you think they are now, they are at least on the level of phi-delt and Phi Psi. Whether that means moving those 2 "down" or Beta "up," they all mix with pretty much the same sororitys, Beta and Phi Delt took L's on block but have equal if not better bar pull than Phi Psi, and Beta even blocked with Phi Psi's current partner last year (XO). On a separate note, Phi Psi and Beta are 2 of the biggest up and comers rn

Their social calendar isn't as good as Phi Delt's or Phi Psi's. I'm not trying to be a douche here, it's just the truth. Give it a few years

Because social calendar is the only thing a fraternity should be judged on not grades, quality of guys, bar pull, etc. 🙄

It's innaccurate because some of those middle tier houses have better pull than some higher tiered houses and you say they have average ot below average barpull
