Pretty sure its like fraternity rush, you have to know someone to get in.

If you told PHC that you were interested in informal, the rush chairs of the sororities doing informal have your info. If not, when grades come out, look for chapters with a chapter total under 200. Those chapters will be doing informal so reach out to their rush chair which should be provided on their website!
