Kings (Crazy bar pull, only social with top sororitys):
Delts/Sigs/Pikes

Top (Crazy bar pull, mixes with top sororitys as well. Slightly less prestige)
Acacia/SAE/ATO

Upper Middle (Great bar pull, mixes with top sororitys and middle tier sororitys)
Sigep/Phi Psi/
ZBT/Beta/Phi Delt

Middle (Decent Bar Pull, mixes mainly with middle tier sororities and occasionally top sororities)
Fiji/Alpha Sigs
Sammys/DU/Lambdas/Theta Xi


Lower (Below average bar pull, mixes with lower tier sororities and some middle tier)
Aggers/Pi Kapps/PSK
AePi/Delta Chi

Bottom (Nearly non-existant bar pull, mixes with Geeds and bottom sororities)
Sigma Nu/ Kappa Sigma/
Farmhouse/ Theta Chi

Irrelevant (Irrelevant houses that function more as clubs. No bar pull, parties with Geeds)
The other 20 fraternitites.

Phi Psi honestly has gotten that status this year. I'm assuming thats what you think is wrong with this list

The first few categories are spot on.......
but the middle & lower categories have many issues....

Theta Xi is too high.......
Houses without blocks should not be above houses with blocks (i.e. Sigma Nu)......

Correct these issues and your list will be perfect !!

Not plugging Sigma Nu........but I agree with the prior post.......

Securing a block is a tangible achievement....

So, move the houses with blocks above those without.....

What is block? A bunch of underclassmen (Juniors and Seniors are over it/studying) go to bars on a Saturday morning and drink. And if it's not with a good house, what is the point? All block is, is a popularity contest. Maybe some houses have better things to do than to play that game.

Agreed 20s class definitely do impact the houses a lot. I would say the list is pretty accurate as of now.

DU is still decent. They pulled a 40 people pledge class.

Delta chi and Agrs could be a bit higher.

Some say beta should be a tier lower but they're definitely a solid house and on the rise.
