I'm wondering when houses start giving out bids. I'm rushing acacia, beta and SAE.

Don't expect to get a bid right away. meet as many people in the houses as you can.

Any decent house will not give you a bid until you have been to at least a couple of events. Give it time.

Beware of any house that gives you a bid the first time you meet them.
