bar pull

when people are referencing frats they tend to say 'bar pull' a lot?? I'm coming in the fall so I have no idea what that means. Anyone wanna shed some light on it for me?

Having guys in their fraternity that are employed as
- bartenders
-managers
-head door

it provides multiple benefits such as cheaper drinks, preference for date events/block,more job opportunities, cutting the line etc
