Spring doesn't really change anything and isn't really a good gauge. There's a list further down that is pretty accurate. Honestly though you should check out as many fraternities as you can and judge yourself. If you're trying to choose who to join based on rankings you're dumb and aren't joining for the right reasons. You need to find out where you fit in and are most comfortable.

Is KA really even relevant compared to Kappa Sig?

Theta Chi is simply a new fraternity on campus and just this spring had their beta class (second alphabet in greek alphabet). with that being said they are naturally going to be considered at the bottom however they have a high chance of growing, especially considering the fact they can go no where but up. by rushing them you have the chance to make a bigger impact in the frat personally instead of being just another head that pays dues, however you are gonna have to put in work because they still have to work out things and get the ball moving. its a work in progress to sum it up. Phi Tau however has been on campus before but then got kicked off and they have alumni with money unlike theta chi so the fact they are being rated with theta chi either makes them look bad or makes theta chi look good. IDK you take your pick.
