by: ToThePNMSGreek life at SMU is strong and competitive, getting a bid from ANY house is not easy. If you don't believe me just look at the rate of girls who drop out or don't get asked back to houses every year, it's growing. That being said, there are only 8 houses on campus and although they all have individual personalities, they also all attract a similar type of person. SMU sorority girls are confident, intelligent, and, more often then not, beautiful. So you can act all you want as if your own house is the best house on campus but in reality we were all dangerously close to picking other houses at times, whether you want to admit it or not. Furthermore, many SMU sorority girls could probably fit in more than just one house. So stop the bashing, we're all extremely similar and are very lucky to be part of the greek system that many girls get rejected from. Each and every house is great and constantly improving but nothing will be accomplished on this site.
