Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of Kentucky - UK 5.0 Girls love them and other fraternities hate them. D sig hates them because they steal items from their house. SAE hates them because they stole Greek Sing and girls steal SAE parties alcohol and take it to Phi Delt parties. Beta wants their house. ATO hates them because they are better at the intramural sports that people actually care about. Kappa sig hates them because a Phi Delt pledge stole Gabe Anthonys bid card and burned it as well as gabes sheets. Top tier with Sigma Chi and maybe Delt

Girls leave other fraternities parties and steal their alcohol just to go to Phi Delt. Some douche bags, but definitely a bunch of attractive guys. They are top tier but probably number 2 fraternity behind sigma chi because of grades and involvement. Ask any girl that's been to a Phi Delt party how she feels about them
