Hard to say. IFC loses about 1 to 2 fraternities a year due to RM. Some fraternities that you think will do good or are on the rise get kicked off and or suspended, others remain the same with no plans to increase, and new ones just do not know who they are yet and sometimes get lose in the mix. But every year is a surprise.

Rutgers has so many fraternities to choose from that the decision is ultimately where you fit in the best. In terms of ones that have potential to grow, I know Simga Pi and SAE are some o the newest that have potential to grow. Others that have been around a while that could grow are Pike and Crow, but go wherever you feel most comfortable! Good luck :)

There are alot of good fraternities at RU. Some of them have done well and grew, while others either stayed the same or declined. I suggest to visit as many of them and judge for yourself. But as Scrats stated every year is a surprise when it come to the fraternities.
