The developer wants to knock it down and make apartments, more profitable and less headache than TDX.

Yes, that's what is going to happen. If you look around College Ave and Union Street, you will see more appartments being built. It is more profitable to have appartments, then a house rented out by a fraternity. It's all part of the re-development plan.

Thigs do change over time and nothing stays the same. It is called "Progress". If the developer wants to convert the house inot appts. he will find a why to do so. Remember.....Money talks.

What's the difference?
When students get opportunities they don't appreciate them. Rutgers culture doesn't sustain decent private organizations with property. Do you actually not realize that? Its over for Rutgers - you're in your death throes.
