Which fraternities have the opportunity to take over the dominant spot in the next year or two?

Realistically Kappa Sig & Phi Delt .. Both have lettered houses & can throw down registered parties, also their relations should improve. Beside that everyone pretty much will stay the same or drop down.

The most up and coming fraternities are chi psi and kappa sig as the top tier ones like tdx and sig chi fall off

How is Chi Psi up and coming the only they have is the house but throw no parties .. & Sig Chi isn't falling off

Good frats are the ones with decent sorority relations. possibly lettered house, but lots of satellite houses to constantly throw down
