frat/sorority rankings going int fall 17

Based on experience/other rankings this should be the most accurate ranking for the fall 17 semester
Tier 1
Sigma chi- Largest in numbers, great relations
Theta chi- Have fallen a little but not enough to be removed from this spot
TDX- Still have great relations, dont know what their housing situation is which easily can and prob will cause a massive drop, but for now this is where they belong
Tier 2
Pike- Great relations can easily be top tier early on
Skull- Good relations and house, also can be top tier early on
Tier 3
Phi Delt- Great house not great relations, dont know how long the house alone will keep them relevant
Chi Phi- Similar situation without a house as TDX, dont know what to expect
Tier 4
Sigma Pi- Not great house but cant undermine their sorority relations and tailgates
TKE- Minimal if any relations but good open party fraternity. Mostly freshman girls but good parties
Tier 5
Chi Psi- Nicest house on campus but weird kids dont have parties often and not good relations. Could jump up if threw down more frequently and get a good pledge class
Kappa Sig- Not respected on campus but the house alone gives them a reason to be on here
Phi Psi- Have ok parties sometimes
Pi Kapp- Great dage house, occasionally a top frat will use them just for that house. Otherwise not supper relevant
None other worth mentioning

I would say throw in phi Mu in tier 3. They are def better than DG but I wouldn't put them on the same level as phisig/sdt. Just wait though for the phi mu trolls to come along and down vote this but sorry having a nice house doesn't make u top tier lmfao.
