You should look into the website cougsync or orgsync? I forget which one. But they should have a form that you fill out for Sorority Informal. Commonly the house that didn't make formal quota, or had members drop will do informal recruitment. Last year Aphis, Axo, Adpi, Agd, TriDelta, ChiO,and Sigma Kappa all did informal.
Be yourself and be confident. This is a time to let yourself better shine th an a five minute conversation during formal!

aphis did informal last year and might be again.
typically requirements are grades and how you get along with girls in the house as informal is a more laid back recruitment style that allows you hangout more with the girls in the house rather than formal.
