Theta Chi - ΘΧ Fraternity at Washington State University - WSU 4.6 Top Tier house for sure, possibly the best as far as social goes. Most fun/attractive girls I know (including myself) have the most fun here because they definitely know how to party and a majority of the guys are really attractive. Keep doing you Theta Chi

Theta Chi - ΘΧ Fraternity at Washington State University - WSU 3.4 this is an honest ranking of theta chi. they are one of my favorite houses, but it is apparent that they don't care much else about social life among other things…. cool/fun guys but can be douchey, sketchy at times

Theta Chi - ΘΧ Fraternity at Washington State University - WSU 5.0 What people don't understand is that while Theta Chi was falling due to their troubles, they fixed that. Only a true top house can be on a down turn (in trouble) and dig themselves out of the hole internally before it gets worse. I'm not in the house, but me and my chapter will remain friends with the house. Besides, most people either use the trouble excuse or say they're douches and have never even really met them. Big 3 forever
